By bringing together access to better training, richer benefits and the support of a dedicated team, Pearl Stone Partners provides a more compliant, consistent and enjoyable experience for employees at Alpha Chi Omega chapter facilities. 

Pearl Stone Partners employs house directors on a full-time, part-time or seasonal basis – depending on chapter and/or facility needs. Some house directors may supervise other Pearl Stone Partners employees, such as cooks, housekeepers and servers; other house directors will instead liaise with outsourced services.
