We employ the staff working at Alpha Chi Omega chapter facilities! We aim to match great candidates to job openings. We orient, train and support an employee throughout the employee life cycle. We also provide tools and resources for advisors and collegiate officers who collaborate with our Pearl Stone Partners employees.

Do I have to be an Alpha Chi Omega member?
No, being a member of Alpha Chi Omega is not a requirement for employment. That said, we have members of Alpha Chi Omega, members of other organizations and people who never joined a sorority working for Pearl Stone Partners.
Do you provide vacation time?
We do! House directors may take paid time off. Most house directors choose to take time away during campus breaks when the facility is closed to members. Time off requests and timely communication with stakeholders in advance of time away is a key component of our time off philosophy.
More generally, Pearl Stone Partners believes work-life balance is important, during the academic year and during breaks! House directors are empowered to design their weekly schedule to allow for downtime, office hours and meetings with stakeholders.

Who owns the properties that employees work at?
We value partnerships with both local house corporations (LHCs) and the Alpha Chi Omega National Housing Corporation (NHC)! Facilities owned by the NHC work with a property management company called CSL Management; those owned by LHCs have a variety of property management arrangements. We work with both ownership models!
